Rob Leonard is a partner in the firm. He practices exclusively criminal defense with a strong emphasis on DUI defense. DUI cases make up about 90% of his practice with the rest of his time being devoted to a selected few serious felonies.
Mr. Leonard is a member of the following organizations:

Mr. Leonard was the recipient of the 2005 Ross Adams Award given out by the Cobb County Bar Association. He is a past president of the Criminal Defense Section of the Cobb Bar. He is the author of the Georgia Criminal Law Blog and the Georgia DUI Blog. Mr. Leonard has also lectured at criminal law meetings and at the Lunchtime Lecture Series in Marietta.
Mr. Leonard holds two degrees from the University of Kentucky, where he attended both undergraduate and law school. Other pertinent legal education includes:

Mr. Leonard resides in Cobb County with his wife and three children. He volunteers his time and sits on the Board of Directors at the Tommy Nobis Center. He enjoys waterfowl hunting and shoots skeet, trap and sporting clay competitions.
