Philip C. Barnes is an associate attorney at Leonard, Rickman & Holloway P.C. Mr. Barnes comes to the firm from Oklahoma City University School of Law where he was a Merit Scholar, a member of Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity, and a member of the Moot Court Society. He was also certified in law school for a concentration in Financial Services and Commercial Law. Mr. Barnes has extensive experience many areas of real estate including property management and ownership. His experience before law school provides him with a unique perspective upon his practice. Mr. Barnes practices in consumer bankruptcies, with a specific emphasis individuals and small businesses, and in personal injury litigation.
